Firm cast iron pans and casseroles become a loyal friend when well taken care of! Cast iron reserves heat excellently and cook food in low temperatures. Food shouldn’t be stored in a cast iron casserole for long as it can rust the surface. Due to the enameling the casserole is easy to clean! The casserole is suitable on all stoves and the oven.
Cleaning: let the casserole cool and wash with warm water. Dry carefully. A cast iron casserole shouldn’t be soaked and soap water is not recommended. Read the separate use and care -leaflet before use.
