Firm cast iron pans and casseroles become a loyal friend when well taken care of! The cast iron casserole is perfect for stews!
Cast iron reserves heat excellently and cook food in low temperatures. Food shouldn’t be stored in a cast iron pan for long as it can rust the pan. Due to the enameling the pan is easy to clean! The pan is suitable on all stoves and the oven without the wooden handle. Remove the handle easily by twisting.
Cleaning: let the pan cool and wash the pan with warm water. Dry carefully. A cast iron pan shouldn’t be soaked and soap water is not recommended. Read the separate use and care -leaflet before use.
psst! heat the pan carefully on an induction stove as fast fluctuation of heat can damage the pan.
Cast iron remains at its best when used continuously.
