Food shouldn’t be stored in a cast iron pan for long as it can rust the surface. Due to the enameling the pan is easy to clean! The pan is suitable on all stoves and the oven without the wooden lid. Use in the oven together with Heirol 28 cm glass lid.
Cleaning: let the pan cool and wash with warm water. Dry carefully. A cast iron pan shouldn’t be soaked and soap water is not recommended. Read the separate use and care -leaflet before use.
psst! heat the pan carefully on an induction stove as fast fluctuation of heat can damage the pan.
Cast iron remains at its best when used continuously.
